His love for fitness started in the Marine Corps, and eventually led into leadership positions where he was able to train and prepare Marines and other military personnel for the physical challenges of deployments and special operations.
After the Marine Corps, he started his degree in Kinesiology. He has coached and participated in CrossFit, Olympic weightlifting, rehabilitation, sports performance, and powerlifting.
As a powerlifting coach, he had the honor of being an assistant coach for a professional athlete at the 2019 Arnold’s Sports Festival. His passion is to help others move beyond what they think they are capable of, and to help them live a healthy and pain free lifestyle.
